Submission Plan for Small Urban Garden and Relaxation Place in Vienna, Austria

We hoped to get this approved in front of our community cafe in Vienna. It didn't pass through the city council, but something much better was realized instead - a huge space on an empty construction site. We spent one summer playing concerts, jam sessions and grilling by the fire in the middle of Vienna. It was unfogettable.
